Yes, we would require plans and drawings to be able to provide a detailed specification, costings, and timescales.  However, Chislehurst Bespoke Builders work directly with architects and designers who can help with all aspects of planning.  We can create drawings based on your vision and even help you obtain Planning Permission.

Without a full specification and drawings it is not possible to give an estimation on timescales.  This is because each customer and property has a different set of requirements and potential challenges.   We will work with you to understand your vision, give you expert advice on what can be achieved, and provide an estimated timescale once the project requirements are fully understood. 

While you’re welcome to engage your own electrician or plumber, we highly recommend utilising our trusted contractors with whom we have an established working relationship. Opting for our recommended contractors allows us to efficiently manage the coordination of all professionals involved in the project. It’s important to note that if clients choose to appoint their contractors, we are unable to oversee their schedules, and the responsibility for organising the contractor’s work will fall on the client.
