The comprehensive building renovation spanned just over 5 months, during which our dedicated team undertook a meticulous process.
To clear the house effectively, we used over 20 skips, removing everything to take the property back to its bare brick foundation. The owner’s vision included the removal of walls and a kitchen extension. This required collaborative efforts with the owner, Architects, and Structural Engineers, as well as the owner’s estate agent, who consulted with their chosen interior designer.
Throughout the meetings, which were not only productive but also enjoyable, everyone contributed fantastic ideas to the idea board.
The transformation resulted in a house with new skirting, wood-paneled walls, and the addition of three new bathrooms, including a full wet room. As well as a modernised kitchen with new appliances, new flooring in a herringbone pattern across the entire ground floor, updated windows, architraves, coving, and ceiling roses showcased attention to detail which was not only productive but also enjoyable, everyone contributed fantastic ideas to the idea board.
Other notable improvements encompassed a full re-wire featuring new switches and sockets, the creation of a new rear garden patio and wall, and a revamped front exterior with the removal of pebble dash and brick repairs. This extensive project was a significant undertaking that delivered a complete overhaul and rejuvenation of the property.
